This detached house, Le Pavillon, classified 5*, with its unique architecture has been completely renovated. The perimeter wall of the rampart provides great privacy.
The entrance is independent and secure, and a large private car park is at your disposal. The garden and terraces provide very natural and quiet surroundings. The house can accommodate up to six people in a modern yet welcoming atmosphere.

Le Pavillon is a beautiful, detached house with plenty of character and a large car park. The whole property is secure.
Located in the shelter of the rampart, you can enjoy two beautiful leafy terraces for your outdoor meals or aperitifs. An almost secret passage takes you directly into historic Beaune centre.
The entrance opens into a large living area, which includes a fully equipped kitchen area and a large living room with beautifully elegant decor.
At the garden level, you will find a large bedroom (king size bed 180x200 cm) that sleeps two people, with a private bathroom and separate toilet.
The entire house is air-conditioned, and has a Wi-Fi connection.
Upstairs
Accessed by an attractive metal staircase, the upstairs consists of two large bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a king size bed (180x200 cm) for two people.
The second bedroom contains two twin beds (90x200 cm). Each room has its own bathroom and separate toilet.
Towels, bathrobes, welcome products and a hairdryer are provided. All beds are made upon your arrival. All rooms have a TV.

- Le Pavillon is non-smoking; pets are not permitted.
- The house is fully air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning) and has a Wi-Fi connection.
- Arrivals: between 3pm and 6pm – Departures: before 11am
Rates and bookings
Rates from: €400/night – 3 nights minimum
Rates vary depending on the number of nights and the season; enter the dates of your stay on our booking page to find out the price.
Tourist tax : €3.41 per person per night.
Cancellation : In case of cancellation or modification up to 15 days prior to the date of arrival, the property does not charge a fee. In case of cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival, the 30% deposit will not be refunded. Up to two days before arrival, or in the case of a no-show, full payment of the stay is required.
