Located in the town centre near the historic sites of the Hospices de Beaune, the Basilica of Notre-Dame and the Museum of Wine, LA SUITE benefits from the perfect calm of an almost pedestrianised street.
The apartment has been carefully renovated, offering modern comfort of a high standard, while still honouring its history.
1st floor
Access to the first level is via a beautiful wooden staircase that leads to the living area.
The bright and airy rooms overlook an open-air patio, complete with garden furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso machine, and all the necessary crockery and cooking equipment, as well as a TV.
The carefully decorated living / dining room is the perfect convivial space to share meals or to relax on our comfortable sofas. A large TV and a delightful wine cellar complete this room.
This level also comprises a large bedroom with private bathroom. A luxury 180 x 200 cm king size bed (or two 90 x 200 cm singles) and a large ensuite bathroom with separate toilet will ensure a comfortable nights’ sleep.
Complimentary toiletries, bath towels and hair dryer provided.
2nd floor
Accessed via a beautiful wooden staircase, the second floor is composed of a very large bedroom.
This is a lovely bright room, thanks to the huge windows; it has sloping ceilings and is air-conditioned – just like the rest of the apartment.
The bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm queen-size bed, and the bathroom comprises a washbasin, a large shower and a toilet.
Un grand dressing avec coin bureau est à votre disposition.
A large dressing room with an office area is also at your disposal.

The bedroom offers a high-tech flat-screen TV .

- The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Rates from: €500/night – 3 nights minimum

Tourist tax : €1.76 per person per night
Cancellation: In case of cancellation or modification up to 15 days prior to the date of arrival, the property does not charge a fee. In case of cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival, the 30% deposit will not be refunded. Up to two days before arrival, or in the case of a no-show, full payment of the stay is required.
